Because we deal in consumable health supplements, our return policy is designed to maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards.

Return Window

• You must initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving your package.

Eligible Returns

• Damaged/Tampered Goods: If the outer seal is broken or the container is damaged upon arrival.

• Wrong Item: If the product delivered does not match your order.

• Requirement: An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or "wrong item" claims. Requests without video evidence may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products with a broken inner seal.

• Products that have been partially consumed.

• Customized stacks or promotional "Free Gifts."

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
